Quality Assurance Specialist
Our client, CareFusion, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the QA supporting Quality Units. The ideal candidate will have technical communication, attention to detail, and good analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job? Investigate, prioritize, and respond to customer complaints Assess complaints against established quality criteria and determine the proper investigation path Communicate findings through technically written and data driven reports Review batch records, change control documents, validation records, and Quality Notification trends What's Needed?
