Cybersecurity Engineer Lead
CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS. Responsibilities include: Leading cybersecurity operations support services that span hardware and software tools and sensors. Assessing cybersecurity policies, emerging technologies, and best practices. Analyzing complex security issues and developing effective solutions. Reporting cybersecurity potential and anomalous system events. Responding to cybersecurity incidents. Supporting security incident response team requirements. Testing and evaluating security patches. Managing exceptions to policy workflows. Leading the preparation and maintenance of artifacts to support RMF packages. Reporting information about the programs cyber posture. Performing periodic and on-demand vulnerability scans. Compiling information and supporting cyber evaluations. Performing logging activities. Serving as a mentor for other cybersecurity personnel. Possessing and applying comprehensive knowledge across key tasks. Functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Qualifications include: Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance with the ability to maintain it. BA/BS +8-12 years experience. Certification - CGRC/CAP or CASP+ or Cloud+ or PenTest + or Security+ or GSEC or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated or Training. Displays mastery of cybersecurity operations across hardware and software domains. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of incident response, compliance reporting, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) support. Exhibits strategic expertise in analyzing complex security issues. Manages critical aspects of cybersecurity including vulnerability scanning, log management, policy implementation, and coordination with government stakeholders. Applies expert-level problem-solving skills to assess emerging technologies. Demonstrates proficiency in mentoring cybersecurity personnel. What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
