Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include supporting end users in day-to-day activities of all SAP applications, resolving process knowledge gaps and transactional errors, and supporting Information Management projects in discovery, analysis, documentation of business requirements, process flows, testing, training, and communications. The SAP Level 1 Support Member will participate in requirements and design sessions between various TKMNA business units and the Information Management Department. Key Accountabilities: Front line support for all SAP-related applications and users, including end user training and support, developing project communications, and identifying issues in processes related to SAP usage. Documenting, testing and training of systems relevant to users, including creating standardized training documentation, updates within SAP applications (RWD), and executing training to roll out changes and new applications. Responsible for testing changes to ensure they meet user requirements; document business process modifications and train/implement change with business users; identify knowledge gaps and undertake special projects to rectify gaps; perform business reviews to identify issues related to SAP applications. Ensure alignment of technical and business processes; identify issues between business process and SAP template; communicate with business to rectify issues. Regional (geographic) support structure. Qualifications
5+ years of experience involving various business processes and/or systems. Understanding of technology with a solid business background. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (or equivalent) a plus. Understanding of business processes and technology related to wholesale fulfillment, distribution and supply chain management. Understanding of Project Management processes (initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing). Strong communication skills to relate to end users in Sales, Warehouse, Business Customers, Associates and the Technical IM team. Benefits
