PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform intake procedures on devices to be recycled and/or disposed of. Perform data sanitization for computer devices. Schedule and complete weekly transportation of equipment to property. Schedule and complete on-demand transportation of equipment to SHSU satellite locations in The Woodlands and Conroe. Responsible for general organization of department space, including stock management and counting. Assist full-time employees with managing client requests. Complete data entry and analysis in inventory and service management systems. Communicate with campus clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging. Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Interpersonal & Communication Skills Accuracy in Data Entry Excellent Organizational Skills Dependability & Initiative Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and assist in team lifts of varying weight. Other Requirements for the Position:

Must be enrolled in a minimum of six semester hours maintaining a minimum SHSU GPA of 2.5. Must be able to demonstrate basic technology competencies regarding hardware and office-related applications. Data Security, Accounting, or Customer Service experience preferred. Open Date:
