We are seeking a
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
to support key project initiatives through
data validation, testing, and analysis . This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, consolidate and analyze data, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality and supporting project logistics across business and manufacturing initiatives. Responsibilities
Perform
data validation, testing, and qualification
to ensure accuracy and consistency. Consolidate and analyze datasets using
Excel
and provide actionable insights. Partner with stakeholders and support manufacturing site initiatives. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful way. Support project logistics as a right-hand resource to leadership. Apply knowledge of the
system development lifecycle (SDLC)
in project activities. Contribute to compliance and risk management initiatives (cybersecurity knowledge a plus). Qualifications
Proven experience in
data analysis, validation, and testing . Excellent
communication skills
to convey insights to stakeholders. Ability to work
independently
in a corporate environment. Familiarity with
system development lifecycle (SDLC) . Open to candidates from
any industry/domain . Nice to Have
Experience with manufacturing site initiatives. Knowledge of
cybersecurity, compliance, or risk .
