Our client, a respected HVAC service provider, is seeking a

Parts Coordinator / CSR

to join their small, friendly office team. This is a great opportunity for: Someone who attended trade school or considered a technician career but prefers a steady schedule and indoor work An experienced HVAC CSR (3-5 years) ready to step into a more hands-on, coordinator-type role Anyone with strong office and organizational skills who enjoys supporting technicians and customers Location:

Woburn, MA

Hourly pay rate range:

$22 - $26 per hour Shift:

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM +

One Saturday/month | On-call rotation with stipend + OT pay What You'll Do: Provide responsive customer service via phone and email (not call-center heavy) Quote repair work based on technician feedback Coordinate scheduling for repairs, maintenance, and follow-ups Work with Service Titan to track jobs and documentation Communicate with field staff to confirm parts, timelines, and priorities Help out with other office duties as needed

What Our Client Is Looking For:

Great communicator who's organized, dependable, and detail-focused Background in HVAC, trades, or a similar service-based industry is a plus Comfortable using software like Service Titan (or similar scheduling/CRM tools) Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure while juggling priorities If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy variety in your workday, we'd love to hear from you!

Desired Skills and Experience

Provide responsive customer service via phone and email (not call-center heavy)

Quote repair work based on technician feedback

Coordinate scheduling for repairs, maintenance, and follow-ups

Work with Service Titan to track jobs and documentation
