A progressive, academic health system in central New York is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Family Medicine team in Edmeston, NY.

Job Description & Responsibilities
•Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
•Traditional Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM-5 PM
•Option for 4/10-hour shifts (7 AM-5 PM)
•No OB
•Full spectrum case mix with a diverse patient population
•Supportive and collaborative working environment
•Loan repayment may be available through federal and state programs
•EMR: EPIC

Compensation
•Salary range: $107,714 - $133,699
(Based on qualifications, experience, education, and market standards)

Job Requirements
•National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
•NYS Licensure
•BLS Certification
•DEA License
