Join our team as a Dispatcher/Router and play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery and routing operations! What You'll Do: Responsible for managing dispatching and routing tasks, maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers, and optimizing service delivery and operational performance. Serve as the liaison between drivers, sales, and customers. Maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure adherence to routes and address any issues that arise. Identify and address recurring issues by analyzing trends and collaborating with other departments to implement effective solutions. Handle special orders and provide routing support as needed. Foster a positive work environment by supporting programs that embody core values and enhance employee satisfaction. What You'll Bring: 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics Proficient in dispatch routing software Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical Requirements, Work Environment, and Shifts: Warehouse environment, standing and walking for most of the day Regular lifting of up to 50lbs Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed.
