We're seeking a JIRA Optimization Lead to enhance how JIRA is structured, utilized, and reported across multiple projects. This role is key to transforming JIRA into a centralized, reliable source of truth for project tracking, forecasting, and planningeliminating the need for external tools like Excel. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to clean up legacy projects, streamline workflows, and establish best practices for sprint and release planning. They will collaborate closely with PMs, BAs, BSAs, and QA teams to ensure JIRA supports sound decision-making and real-time visibility into project status. Training and enablement will be essential as the team transitions to using JIRA as its sole tracking and planning tool.
