Insight Global is seeking customer service representatives for our client in El Paso for their Retirement Services Operational Support Team. In this role you will help clients with their retirement accounts and provide expert guidance on IRAs (Traditional, Roth, Inherited, ESA) and small business plans (SEP, SIMPLE, QRP, i401k). You will handle transactions like distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding updates. The goal of this position is to build client loyalty through helpful service and teamwork. Answer client questions and assist with retirement account needs Provide clear explanations of retirement rules and processes Process account transactions accurately Help clients understand IRS regulations and retirement options Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues Maintain a positive and professional attitude Qualifications
2-4 years’ Experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in finance Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to de-escalate client concerns calmly and effectively Comfortable using Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Flexible with work hours based on business needs Organized, reliable, and eager to learn Team-oriented with leadership potential Notes
