Urgent Care Physician Assistant

Position: Outpatient Urgent Care Provider (APP Preferred will consider MD/DO)
Reason for Opening: Vacancy due to sudden passing of a provider
Start: ASAP upon credentialing

Schedule (Repeats Every 2 Weeks):

• Week 1:

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Week 2:

  • Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM

Patient Volume: per shift
No Call Required
Required Experience/Certifications:

• Active MA license

• Current CSR and DEA

• Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience

• Comfortable with:

  • Suturing

  • Wound care

  • Buddy taping

Support Staff:

• 2 providers on-site per shift

• Nursing and MA support

• Reception/admin support
