You will join the client delivery team with Kraken to support North American clients through their technology transformation journeys, supporting new and long-term migration projects. The
Client Delivery Lead
has direct responsibility for managing a tech domain (billing, finance, comms, etc.) for client projects. This role may involve migrating onto the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements. You will work in partnership with Kraken’s technology and operational teams as well as the client to deliver results for the project or business needs. The
Client Implementation Lead
understands how Kraken works, refines solutions to client requests, and brings together technology, people and processes to innovate improvements. You will support the client in adopting Kraken’s development style and work closely with Kraken’s product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client. What you'll do
Manage the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners). Be the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation/resolution point for domain/product issues. Be the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken Platform. Triages incoming requests and communicates client priorities internally. Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to enable ongoing Kraken platform development. Support the engineering team to deliver product features. Challenge the client to think differently about tech development, supporting our continuous iteration and deployment approach. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position. The role is North America based; projects could be run from any state, with travel expected. You should be a self-starter who is willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and drive progress for clients and the organisation. Experience in a regulated utilities environment (required at senior level; not required for junior and mid) Strong agile delivery experience Experience in product management and customer journeys Solid understanding of technology and related trends Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional thinking Experience managing complex delivery pipelines for clients Patience—our clients undergo large transformations that take time Consulting experience is a plus Regulatory compliance experience is a plus New office in New York City; onsite 3+ days a week with travel to client sites across the country Experience needed
Technical mindset with energy supply sector experience and knowledge of customer journeys Degree qualified or equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience Experience in client-facing roles and external stakeholder management Experience delivering technical products or projects Exceptional interpersonal skills Proficient in tools such as Miro and Office suite Why you'll love it here
