Webcam or In Person Skills Required: Experience designing within the Cúram software suite. Experience with problem identification and technical issue resolution. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to develop relationships with customers and respond to their needs with urgency. Ability to independently identify and develop solutions. Understanding of Cúram Case Management and related business processes in Social Security organizations. Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases, process flows) and mapping techniques (Gap Analysis) in Curam. Ability to build effective working relationships with customers. Strong organizational and prioritization skills for complex procedures. Experience in business application consulting or development. Curam V6 Certification. Experience leading JAD sessions.
