vishal.tigalannavar@prolim.com . Key Responsibilities: End-to-end materials planning and shortage management for high-volume compute and storage infrastructure. Manage daily material availability with ODMs and manufacturers to ensure on-time build and delivery. Interpret complex demand/supply and MRP data to identify risks and develop resolution plans. Collaborate with internal teams (planning, engineering, operations) and external suppliers/ODMs. Analyze data proactively to optimize allocation, PO coverage, and stock levels. Communicate effectively across time zones with global teams; lead regular meetings with ODM partners. Maintain reports and tracking using Google Sheets/Excel; Oracle ERP experience is a plus. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain execution, or production planning. Experience managing ODMs or contract manufacturers in a dynamic supply chain environment. Strong background in materials shortage management and operational planning. Proficiency in interpreting MRP and supply/demand reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Experience in large-scale IT hardware, data centers, or manufacturing environments. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems. Background in computer hardware, server manufacturing, or infrastructure projects. Willingness to travel internationally 1–2 times per year for supplier visits.
