Citi Citi is seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Senior DevOps Analyst

to support the development and operations of the

Citi Funds Transfer Pricing (CitiFTP)

platform. CitiFTP is a global initiative that standardizes how internal funding costs are allocated across the firm, delivering a transparent and consistent framework that ensures alignment with Citis funding and liquidity strategies.

As a Senior DevOps Analyst, youll be instrumental in building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform stability across the CitiFTP ecosystem. Youll work closely with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and control teams to ensure highly reliable, secure, and scalable deployments.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, GitHub, RLM, and BitBucket. Manage containerized deployments using OpenShift, ECS, Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and Linux shell scripting. Collaborate with developers to support Java, Spark, and Python-based applications in a DevOps environment. Integrate security best practices into all stages of the development lifecycle, including managing credentials/secrets via Vault. Monitor and enforce code quality and security through tools such as SonarQube and BlackDuck. Support release planning, environment setup, and deployment validation across lower and production environments. Contribute to platform observability through logging, alerting, and dashboarding for infrastructure and application health. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and operational improvement efforts. Maintain documentation, process workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure repeatable and compliant deployments.

Qualifications:

5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience. Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, BitBucket, and Tekton. Proficient in Java, Python, and Linux shell scripting for automation and tooling. Solid understanding of Spark and distributed data processing environments. Experience with containerization and orchestration using OpenShift, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker. Familiarity with Vault for secrets management and secure credential handling. Experience with Ansible or similar tools for configuration management and automation. Strong knowledge of code quality and security scanning tools like SonarQube and BlackDuck. Deep understanding of infrastructure reliability, scalability, and observability best practices. Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog). Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of partnering across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.

Education:

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$96,400.00 - $144,600.00
