Emergency Medicine Physician Locums Job Two Providers for Two Facilities in Oklahoma Nights Only Beginning October Assignment

Coverage Needed: Beginning October 6 - December and Ongoing

Shift Description:
EM Department Night Coverage: scheduled clinical hours only
Shift times 6pm 6am (APPs work 12 hour shifts, 11am - 11pm)

Requirements:
Emergency Medicine Board certified
Oklahoma License or IMLC
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
ER Residency Trained (will not accept family med or internal med)
Usual EM procedures Central lines, Intubations ext.

Assignment Details:
Hospital stroke certified
Patients per shift:
Admission rate: 15%
Beds in department: 12 in one site, 17 in other
EMR: Epic
Trauma level facility: 3
Support staff: 6 RN, 3 MA, 1 2 PA/NP (no supervision required)
Office Staff: 2
No newborn deliveries in ED, L&D Department onsite
Volume around 40k per year
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 days
