Coverage Needed: Full time call only coverage beginning October 1, 2025 and ongoing

Shift Description: On Call only

Call Shifts: 8am 8am (Call Response Time Required: Beeper 30 minutes)
October 01, 09, 16, 20, 27, 30, 21
November 01, 02, 06, 10, 13, 17, 27, 28, 29, 30
December 05, 06, 11, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31

Requirements:
Board Certified (AR)
Fellowship
Kentucky license
ACLS Certification
Admissions required
Provider needs to access the hospital within 30 minutes

Assignment Details:
Practice Setting: Inpatient
EMR: Medhost
Patients per shift: 5
Bed in department: 10
Support staff: 3 RN (supervision not required)
Hospital stroke certificated
Credentialling: 60 days- Temporary privileges available
PEDS Level: 1
Average number deliveries per year: 550
