Coverage Needed: Coverage 10/6/2025 - 12/31/2025

Schedule:
Cover Clinic Monday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm 1 hour unpaid lunch
Thursday is Admin day remote from home

Requirements:
Fellowship
Board Eligible in 5 years
Must be able to provide coverage during this time frame

Assignment Details:
Credentialing 90 days
20 to 25 patients per day
No call, no weekends
Will follow up office visits, sign and monitor chemotherapy infusion patients, establish care for new oncologic and hematologic malignancies for all disease types
