ENT/Otolaryngology Physician Locum to Perm Job in Iowa Full Time Coverage Ongoing Assignment Shift Description: Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 07 00 (36-hours per week) Some on call and weekends, as needed Details/Requirements: Board Certified Active Iowa License or Active IMLC Must be available full time Must be experienced This will be for inpatient and clinic coverage. Call shifts for hospital & hourly shifts for clinic. Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1 Ancillary Staff per provider: 1:1 Procedures offered in the practice: All ENT services are provided in this practice # Exam Rooms per Provider: 2:3 Medical Imaging, Lab, and Pharmacy available in building (not in clinic) Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more patients Appointment Length: 15 minutes Teaching Opportunity: Yes EMR: EPIC Procedure/OR Days: When there is open time.
