Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Stanford, CA. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, provide excellent customer service, manage staff, and ensure effective store management. Responsibilities also include implementing retail loss prevention strategies and maintaining communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous retail management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
