Mentor and coach new and experienced real estate agents through structured training sessions Guide agents in goal setting, business planning, and time management Lead accountability meetings to track progress and provide feedback Support agents with transaction challenges and client communication strategies Provide consistent follow‑up and motivation to help agents meet performance goals Model effective lead generation, negotiation, and conversion systems Collaborate with leadership to improve coaching materials and training delivery Foster a positive, growth‑oriented culture within the office and coaching program Qualifications

Active real estate license with 2–3+ years of experience Proven track record of production and client satisfaction Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed Knowledge of lead generation, CRM systems, and real‑estate best practices Ability to coach agents with varying experience levels and learning styles Highly organized, dependable, and goal‑driven Team‑oriented mindset with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth Compensation
