Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
Engage customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand through customer delight and empowerment.
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism when interacting with customers through video and audio tools.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
