What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use our video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand.
Excellent customer service skills and confident interacting with customers through video and audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
