Position Overview Lilly is entering an exciting growth phase, investing in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities utilizing the latest technology, advanced automation, and environmental sustainability. What You’ll Be Doing You will be part of Tech@Lilly MQ, focusing on manufacturing operational excellence through technology, especially in Global Supply Chain processes. The role involves aligning business needs with technology solutions in a regulated pharma environment. How You’ll Succeed Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet strategic and regulatory requirements. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Global Supply Chain Systems. Translate business requirements into application needs for custom applications or COTS/SaaS configurations. Leverage understanding of business processes to enable stakeholders to meet their goals. Align supply chain strategies with Lilly’s innovation and growth, focusing on AI. Partner with teams to implement system integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis Maestro). Provide exceptional IT support to end-users, maintaining high satisfaction. Maintain system validation and drive process improvements. Support ongoing delivery and transformation initiatives. What You Should Bring Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Experience with IT changes, upgrades, and ITIL principles. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices. Ability to work under pressure effectively. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. At least 5 years of IT experience with Global Supply Chain. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in relevant fields. Experience with international operations and global IT projects. LEAN and Agile experience. Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and regulations (GMP, FDA). Relevant IT certifications (ITIL, AI, Cloud). Additional Information Position is Monday-Friday, on-site in Indianapolis, IN, with flexibility for support outside regular hours.
