About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Data Science and Analytics to lead a team of data scientists and analysts in driving advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives that have a direct impact on marketing, customer engagement, and overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a data science and analytics roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives, as well as for building a data-first culture and delivering insights that shape executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading the team in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical methods, as well as executing various marketing analytics tasks such as segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign lift analysis.
Applicants for the Head of Data Science and Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 8 years' of relevant experience, with a proven track record in applying data science within marketing functions.
