Security Officer Armed Patrol Full-Time
in Charlotte, NC, you will safeguard client locations in the financial services sector. You will conduct regular patrols, deter potential incidents, and provide superior customer service to staff and visitors.

Schedule:
DayTime – Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Thu 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Shift Coverage:
Availability across various days and shifts; readiness to fill in at short notice.
What You’ll Do
Claim and work open shifts via the proprietary scheduling platform.
Support operations across commercial real estate, healthcare, and education environments.
Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and emergencies, maintaining a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols, deterring unauthorized activity and monitoring for suspicious behavior.
Document and report any security‑related incidents, observations, or irregularities.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders per established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence to deter incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Adhere to Allied Universal policies, training standards, and client requirements.
Qualifications
Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent qualification.
Valid high school diploma or GED.
Minimum 21 years of age for armed roles.
Background investigation and drug screen per federal, state, and local laws.
Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
Licensing may be required based on state/local regulations.
Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
