Senior Network Engineer
We're seeking a Senior Network Engineer who's passionate about designing, securing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role within a fast-paced environmentideal for someone who loves solving complex networking challenges and driving reliable, scalable solutions. What You'll Do Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless solutions. Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Ubiquiti. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize system reliability and uptime. Lead network modernization projects, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades with minimal downtime. Manage network securityimplementing policies, segmentation, and access controls to maintain compliance and protect data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Cloud, and Security Engineers) to align network architecture with organizational goals. Document configurations, topologies, and procedures to ensure operational transparency and scalability. Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical leadership on major initiatives. Requirements 7+ years of professional experience in network engineering or network architecture. Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, QoS, and VPN technologies. Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Meraki, Palo Alto, or Fortinet environments. Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG, etc.). Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments). Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Preferred Certifications: CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Fortinet NSE.
