We are in the business of home ownership and are looking for a Title Policy Coordinator. This non‑exempt role is for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, team‑centered environment. The Coordinator will be responsible for creating final policies and retrieving previously issued policies to be delivered to lenders.

What You Will Do

Communicate with internal staff to obtain any information needed to issue and deliver a clean title policy to our clients.

Review orders to ensure all requirements are complete and retrieve policies when necessary.

Generate title policies for all orders.

Post/scan/ship policies received.

Prepare and reconcile monthly remittance reports.

Respond to all policy requests and inquiries.

Request final policies from vendors on workshare files.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

High‑school diploma or equivalent.

Working knowledge of real estate terminology.

Strong customer service focus.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.

Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem‑solving mindset with ability to multitask.

Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office, and typing speed of 45–60 wpm.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical reports and documentation.

Present information to executive and senior management teams, internal groups and/or clients.
