Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and federal procurement policies to provide actionable insights. Data Collection: Gather data from federal databases, industry reports, and competitive intelligence tools to build profiles of competitors and market conditions. Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and briefings on the competitive landscape. Strategic Support: Collaborate with business development and strategy teams to inform competitive and proposal strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet information needs with timely, relevant intel. Market Trends Monitoring: Monitor market trends, policy changes, and procurement opportunities to anticipate shifts. Database Management: Maintain competitive intelligence databases and tools for accuracy and relevance. Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in CI activities. Work Environment
Location: Remote Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in competitive intelligence, market research, intelligence analysis, or strategic analysis within the federal procurement environment. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and present findings clearly and actionably. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CI tools and databases (e.g., FPDs, USASpending.gov, FedBizOpps, SAM.gov, GovWin, LexisNexis) and data analysis software (Excel, Power BI). Preferred Qualifications
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and management presentations. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
