Content Creator / Digital Marketing Manager
VISUALHOUSE is an international creative agency focused on creating compelling brand stories for architecture, design, and the built environment. We work worldwide with leading architects, developers, and designers on landmark projects. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creator & Marketing Manager, based in our New York office to lead our content and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is both a compelling storyteller and a data‑driven marketer. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging and compelling content for Visualhouse and our clients, managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media presence, and supporting brand growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive social media strategies that support business goals, with a focus on audience growth, brand affinity and engagement.
Own the creation and execution of all channel strategy and roadmaps for @VISUALHOUSE social channels, from monthly social calendars to campaign‑specific rollout strategies.
Concept, storyboard, shoot, edit, and publish high‑performing short‑ and long‑form creative (e.g., reels, promos, interviews, tutorials) across @VISUALHOUSE channels and client channels, often self‑producing with quick turnarounds.
Work collaboratively with in‑house production and creative teams to create relevant content that showcases team talents and supports business goals.
Establish and maintain brand voice consistency across all @VISUALHOUSE social channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand vision.
Track social media landscape, platform updates, and cultural trends to ensure relevancy and position the agency as a leader in the industry.
Create, write, and produce engaging monthly content for newsletters, blog, and website.
Monitor and report on organic and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Manage SEO/SEM strategies and ongoing website optimisation.
Maintain and update the company website with new work, news, and information.
Focus on elevation of Visualhouse’s brand and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and align campaigns with broader business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience creating content for social, digital marketing, or paid media (marketing and/or agency experience preferred).
Clear understanding of social platform nuances and performance best practices.
Comfortable with both iPhone and camera shooting, basic lighting, and quick‑turn editing.
Strong hands‑on experience with short‑form video production (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools); motion graphics experience a plus.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft captions, hooks, and CTAs that convert.
Experience working with performance teams.
Agile, highly organized individual with a high taste level and strong brand understanding.
Deep knowledge of the social landscape, platform ecosystems, and creator economy.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp).
A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and an ability to manage competing priorities.
Interest in architecture, design and the built environment required.
