Key Responsibilities
Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
Maintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedules.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Support external audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.
Analyze trends and provide insights on financial performance.
Review AP/AR entries to ensure accuracy and proper coding.
Partner with leadership on special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA or CMA preferred but not mandatory.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
