Sales Manager Opportunity - DFW Based About the Role: CMC Partners are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing ready-mix sales team in the

Dallas–Fort Worth area . The ideal candidate is a motivational leader who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving new business, and guiding teams toward exceptional results. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet revenue and profitability goals while driving regional growth. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans, strengthen key relationships, and identify new opportunities for expansion. Working closely with internal teams and staying attuned to market trends, you’ll help shape a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and regional market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share in the DFW area. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Provide regular forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing development. What We’re Looking For: Proven success in sales leadership within ready-mix. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of the DFW construction market is highly desirable.
