Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Gather and prepare ordered items for shipment or pickup.
Ensure all orders are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.
Handle product substitutions responsibly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist customers with order inquiries when applicable.
Compensation & Incentives
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
