Prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities—cold calls, warm leads, and everything in between. Selling a full suite of business technology solutions including Managed IT Services, Document Management Systems, Workflow Automation, Print and Copy Solutions – Multiple solutions. Building relationships with decision-makers and showing them how TBS can revolutionize their operations. Managing complex negotiations with C-level execs. Crushing your monthly and quarterly sales goals. Becoming a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering smart, tailored solutions. What You Bring to the Table:

1–5 years of sales experience (but if you’re a recent grad with hustle, we want to hear from you too!) CRM know-how and a track record of exceeding quotas. A valid driver’s license and the drive (literally and figuratively) to succeed. Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently. What’s In It for You:

Base salary of $35,000–$40,000 + commission + bonuses. Monthly auto allowance. 1st year OTE: $60–80K | 2nd year: $80–100K+ (Top reps earn $200K+!) Paid time off and a Monday–Friday schedule.
