Job Summary

Generally responsible for document management for specific projects and the primary resource for managing documentation and records at the site. Work is performed under general supervision. Key Responsibilities

Assist with document preparation for scanning (remove staples, paper clips, etc.). Handle document retrieval requests and assist in document reproduction. Maintain the master project/drawing/specification files as the repository of design/construction documents. Maintain transmittal logs and records and ensure compliance. Organize, prepare and box inactive records for archives, storage, retention and/or destruction. Maintain project electronic and physical library records. Serve as main contact for file maintenance, quality control and retrieval of physical files within the central library. Support and maintain the operation of the Electronic Management & Physical File Structure Systems. Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years of previous support experience required. Experience with Contract Manager or other contract management tools is preferred. Familiarization with Prolog, ERP systems and other related project management software preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred (or equivalent working knowledge/experience). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional demeanor. Physical Requirements

May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis. Must comply with all safety standards and procedures. Must be able to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently. Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day. Will lift, push or pull objects on an occasional basis. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire shift. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors. Safety
