TTC helps bridge the gap between traditional finance and the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem. Acting as a strategic partner and advisor, TTC assists emerging and established funds with operational setup, compliance, and executive placement across the hedge fund industry. We are currently hiring on behalf of a newly formed, forward‑thinking investment fund focused on both digital assets (cryptocurrency, blockchain‑based instruments) and traditional markets (equities and options). The fund is built on sound principles of transparency, technology‑driven insights, and institutional‑grade operational discipline. Position Overview

The Hedge Fund Manager will serve as the operational and compliance lead for a newly created hedge fund. This is a contract‑based, hybrid position ideal for a professional with strong experience in hedge fund administration, compliance management, investor onboarding, and regulatory reporting. The role involves coordinating across multiple service providers, including fund administrators, accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel, to ensure that the fund’s operations meet the highest professional and regulatory standards. This position is not investment or trading‑focused. Instead, it centers on operational oversight, fund governance, compliance, and investor relations management. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all fund administrative and back‑office functions, coordinating with federal and state regulators and managing oversight of service providers in accounting, auditing, investor reporting, and recordkeeping. Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance manuals, internal controls, and operational procedures to ensure ongoing adherence with SEC, Blue Sky, and applicable state regulatory standards. Liaise with tax firms, audit firms, and law firms to manage filings, audits, and annual reviews. Manage the fund’s data room to ensure all investor materials are current, version‑controlled, and properly tracked for inbound and outbound correspondence. Supervise investor onboarding and offboarding, including AML/KYC procedures and accredited investor verification. Support investor relations through clear communication, timely reporting, and CRM management. Coordinate with external fund administrators and custodians to reconcile assets and ensure accurate NAV reporting. Maintain operational documentation, policies, and internal controls in alignment with industry best practices. Assist with regulatory submissions, disclosures, and compliance tracking. Partner with management on business process improvements and service‑provider selection. Compensation

This is an equity and performance‑based contract role. Compensation will be tied to fund performance and contribution milestones, with potential for long‑term participation in carried interest or equity incentives. Qualifications

Candidate must reside in Arizona or in a nearby U.S. time zone (MST or PST) to facilitate timely collaboration and occasional in‑person meetings. Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory oversight. 3+ years of experience in hedge fund operations, fund administration, or investment management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis. Proven ability to draft and maintain compliance manuals, internal policies, and control frameworks. Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a startup‑style environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Background in Finance with a thorough understanding of financial regulations. Strong familiarity with SEC, CFTC, and Blue Sky regulatory frameworks and compliance reporting. Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively on‑site in a collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related field (advanced degree of CFA a plus). This is a rare opportunity to help shape the operational and compliance foundation of an emerging digital asset fund.
