Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax‑preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax‑preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients navigate taxation, enhancing Intuit’s brand.
Professional, friendly, confident demeanor in video/audio interactions.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay range: $28.80/hr – $36.50/hr, varying by location:
Bay Area, CA: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
