Job Title: Infrastructure Systems Administrator Residency (Dell Technologies) Location: DIA Headquarters - Washington D.C. Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Duration: 6 months (with potential for renewal every 6 months) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (excluding federal holidays) Compensation: $160,000$185,000 - negotiable based on experience Position Overview Dell Technologies is seeking a cleared Infrastructure Systems Administrator to provide on-site residency services at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This role supports the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Dell infrastructure solutions in a secure, mission-critical environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the clients IT team to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Assist with architectural planning and documentation of Dell hardware/software deployments Create and maintain diagrams and documentation for all Dell infrastructure Support implementation of DISA STIGs and ensure security compliance Manage inventory and warranty data using Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME) Install, configure, and maintain: Dell PowerProtect Data Domain / DDVE Dell Servers and iDRAC Troubleshoot and remediate Dell hardware issues, including replacements Package and manage firmware updates using Repository Manager Assist with VMware integrations and backup agent installations Provide ongoing support for PowerProtect Data Manager Participate in daily operations, including system monitoring, incident resolution, and change management Collaborate with client and Dell teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph Hands-on experience with Dell infrastructure (PowerProtect, Data Domain, DDVE, iDRAC, OME) Familiarity with DISA STIGs and federal IT compliance standards Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure environment Preferred Skills Experience with VMware and backup solutions Knowledge of federal acquisition and security protocols Prior experience supporting government clients or military installations Experience working in an Agile or managed services environment (onshore-offshore model) IMS database experience in an MVS and CICS environment Advanced SQL programming experience Familiarity with modern mainframe development and testing tools Additional Information This is a residency role; the candidate will be embedded with the client team No product sales or licensing responsibilitiesbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
