Position and Reporting This position reports to: Analytical R&D Manager.
Role Summary In this role, you will use your technical knowledge to oversee development tasks and to contribute to strategic technology plans and the project portfolio. As an R&D Electrical Engineer, you will contribute significantly to technology and product development projects by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
The work model for the role is onsite with a flexible work schedule.

Role Focus This role contributes to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Bartlesville, OK.
Key Responsibilities
Define and develop hardware architecture.
Provide technical expertise for electro‑mechanical interfacing, schematics and PCB development.
Perform or review routine and complex electrical engineering tasks using current technology, standards, software, templates and procedures.
Design and develop microprocessor circuit design, PCB design, and electrical systems schematic.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
5+ years of experience in schematics and PCB design, digital and/or analog circuit designs.
5+ years of experience in power electronics simulation and testing (Simulink, LTspice, Pspice, NI and PowerSim).
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in embedded systems.
Expertise in electronics testing, PCB layout techniques for minimal inductance/capacitance and EMC optimization.
Ability to utilize lab test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Experience in design verification and documentation of electromechanical products.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
