The Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business, with basic commercial awareness. They provide advice on technology and operations, impacting the entire area and overall performance.

Responsibilities

Part of the Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention Organization in Personal Banking and Wealth Management. Support the Retail Bank Fraud Prevention platform, Actimize iFMx (RCM+AIS) and liaise with Technology teams on short‑term actions and long‑term roadmap.

Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions, identify necessary system enhancements, analyze existing system logic, identify problems and recommend/implement solutions.

Provide advanced expertise in application support principles.

Formulate and define scope for complex, high‑impact application enhancements and problem resolution through in‑depth analysis of business processes, systems and industry standards.

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to document system impacts and support requirements.

Identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicate impact and propose mitigation options.

Act as an advisor or coach to junior analysts; allocate work.

Develop innovative solutions through interpretive thinking and influence strategic functional decisions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

6‑10 years of experience.

Practical problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.

Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Service‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience leading requirement‑gathering for large development projects.

Proficient with basic technical tools and systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience) required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience with Case Management or Decision Engine solutions (Actimize iFMx RCM, AIS; SAS Fraud Manager) is preferred.

Location and Compensation

Jacksonville, Florida, United States.

Full‑time. Salary range: $113,840.00 – $170,760.00.
