What you’ll do IAM System Administration
Administer and maintain Okta identity platform and related IAM infrastructure
Configure and manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management
Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across enterprise applications
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
Integration & Development
Design and implement IAM integrations using APIs, SCIM, SAML, and OAuth protocols
Develop custom connectors and automation scripts for identity management processes
Integrate IAM solutions with HR systems, Active Directory, and cloud applications
Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes
Workflow Automation & IGA
Design and implement automated workflow solutions for access requests, approvals, and provisioning
Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes including access reviews, compliance reporting, and policy enforcement
Develop automated compliance and audit reporting capabilities
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models
Security & Compliance
Ensure IAM solutions meet security standards and compliance requirements
Conduct regular access reviews and remediation activities
Implement and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies
Support security audits and provide IAM‑related documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience with Okta administration and configuration
Proven experience with workflow automation tools and platforms
Strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM protocols
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and directory services
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM services
Experience with API development and integration
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Okta Professional or Administrator certification
Experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Management)
Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) solutions
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Understanding of zero‑trust security principles
Experience with containerization and microservices architecture
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications
