Base pay range $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and keep them in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
