Salary $74,880 per year

Responsibilities
Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Lead/instruct individuals
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 5 years or more in food and beverage service management
Other requirements: Ability to enforce liquor legislation, inventory management, health and safety compliance, supervise 11-15 people, fast‑paced, physically demanding work environment.
