Teaching Assistant – Falmouth Public Schools
Falmouth High School, 2025-2026 School Year, 35 hours/week (10 months).
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Ability and desire to work with children with Special Needs.
Ability to take direction from and work under the supervision of one or more teachers.
Safety Care, CPR and first aid training preferred or willingness to be trained.
Alternative qualifications as acceptable to the Superintendent of Schools.
Responsibilities
Work in a small group and/or on a one-to-one basis with students as assigned by the teacher.
Willingness to be trained in specific behavioral techniques.
Attend in-service training sessions that pertain to special education.
Work with and support students and teachers in classrooms.
Perform tasks assigned by the classroom teacher and/or the Principal.
Salary In accordance with the FEA Unit C contract.
