Run
shop-at-home appointments
(leads are provided) Educate homeowners on flooring options (carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood, vinyl, tile) Provide accurate in‑home quotes and close sales Manage customer relationships from quote to project completion Follow up with leads consistently (our top reps follow up 18+ times before closing) Collaborate with our installation and operations team to ensure a smooth process for every customer Qualifications
Previous sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred, but not required – we provide training) Strong communication and customer service skills Highly motivated, self‑driven, and organized Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with customers in their homes Team player willing to learn and grow Compensation
$50,000 to $200,000 per year
