Overview Crocs Inc. is seeking a Copywriter, Mainline Campaigns. This role will support our go‑to‑market campaigns, from new product launches to seasonal stories, flexing creative expertise in an evolving environment. Copy needs span across all marketing channels—Social, Paid, Print, Onsite, Video, and more. The Copywriter will collaborate with designers, art directors, and cross‑functional teams globally to elevate the Crocs brand.
What You’ll Do
Concept compelling campaign ideas and create attention‑grabbing work with a design partner.
Write all copy required for Crocs campaigns—including retail, wholesale, digital, social media, product descriptions, and more—with a focus on the Personalization space.
Maintain consistency of the Crocs brand voice on all channels and collaborate with designers, social media, marketing, and creative teams on activation concepts and execution.
Proofread and copy‑edit all copy work related to your projects, proactively anticipating campaign details.
Support creative teams on additional duties such as brainstorming and legal searches.
Assist the Creative team with miscellaneous projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
At least 2+ years of proven experience in direct‑to‑consumer product marketing copywriting; background in creative/advertising; fashion or footwear experience preferred; global experience a plus.
Strong command of English, grammar, and advertising writing styles, with a deep understanding of social media trends and colloquialisms.
Comfortable writing short video/audio scripts and conceptually thinking about video ideas with paid media and organic social teams.
Experience in proofreading and copy‑editing a variety of business and marketing materials.
Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to feedback and changes.
Outstanding written, communication, and presentation skills.
Portfolio demonstrates extraordinary creativity and thoughtful writing.
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and a professional, enthusiastic approach.
Open to constructive critique and flexible availability, including off‑hours for global team support.
