Help Desk Support Level I – Onsite (Cedar Park, TX) Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 annually Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a trusted Managed IT Services provider in Cedar Park, TX. While the company is locally based, it delivers remote IT support to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. We are seeking a Help Desk Support Level I professional to join their team onsite. This is an entry-level IT role perfect for someone technically minded with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping people. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, troubleshooting issues and providing high-quality support in a way that’s easy for non-technical users to understand. Responsibilities: Provide remote IT support from the Cedar Park office to business clients across the U.S. Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose, and resolve issues promptly. Communicate clearly with non-technical users to ensure understanding and satisfaction. Support hardware, software, network, and systems-related issues. Escalate complex problems to Level 2 or senior support while maintaining client communication. Document troubleshooting steps, client interactions, and resolutions accurately. Contribute to a positive team culture of proactive problem-solving and exceptional service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Physics. minor in Mathematics or Physics is required. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Previous helpdesk, technical support, or customer service experience is a plus.
