Position Summary The College of Business at FAU is seeking a Ph.D. Program Coordinator to advance student success and academic excellence. The role combines proactive advising, strategic program coordination, and collaborative engagement with faculty, staff, and students.

Summary of Responsibilities

Recruitment / Admissions – Maintain communications with applicants, support the application process within the CRM, coordinate international admissions, oversee GTA onboarding, collaborate with senior faculty and associate dean, conduct international transcript evaluation training.

Advising – Advise and support Ph.D. students, coordinate student services and academic records, facilitate GTA assignments, plan events and collaborations, manage special projects.

Social Media and Website – Supervise social media activities, collaborate on content creation, monitor performance analytics, coordinate website updates.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field and 3 years of advising or related experience.

Knowledge of Banner, Workday, and Adobe.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.

Public speaking and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English and MS Office Suite.

Data entry skills.

Salary $55,000 – $65,000 per year.

College or Department Executive Degree Programs

Location Boca Raton, FL

Work Days and Hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; schedule may include weeknights and weekends.
