Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
Perform a virtual, customer‑facing role, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities, commitment to brand, excellent customer service, professional and friendly video/audio interaction.
What You Need
Strong internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour based on location. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Salary range varies by region: Bay Area $28.80-$36.50, Southern California $28.80-$36.50, Colorado $27.50-$34.80, Hawaii $28.80-$36.50, Illinois $27.50-$34.80, Maryland $27.50-$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80-$36.50, Minnesota $24.80-$30.30, New Jersey $28.80-$36.50, New York $28.80-$36.50, Ohio $24.80-$30.30, Vermont $27.50-$34.80, Washington $28.80-$36.50, Washington DC $28.80-$36.50.
