What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Independently manage accounts payable operations, including vendor onboarding and inquiries

Support month‑end close processes by ensuring vendor invoices are accurately coded and approved

Review corporate credit card transactions for compliance with accounting policies

Complete reconciliations for month‑end close and resolve vendor balance discrepancies

Oversee and provide feedback to the outsourced offshore accounting team, enhancing their training and processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience managing vendor portfolio balances over $1B annually

Advanced Excel skills are required

Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills

Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Netsuite, BILL.com, Brex, or Coupa

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software (MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, Google Docs)
